Before purchase

  • Our trained, knowledgeable staff are available to answer any questions you may have - whether about the building process, how to buy with Octave or the local area.

During construction

  • We will provide you with full details of your chosen home to help you make decisions about furniture and fittings.
  • Depending on the stage of build, we will explain your options for features such as kitchen designs, tiling and flooring finishes and help you select the right option for you.
  • If you visit the site, we provide any protective clothing necessary and give clear health and safety advice.
  • We will keep you updated on progress at regular intervals - and you can contact our Customer Helpline on 01732 780841 at any time for further details.

At handover

  • We will provide you with full information on any guarantees and cover you are entitled to and relevant contact details.
  • We will demonstrate how to use your new appliances and provide you with all relevant instruction manuals.

Aftersales

  • We will provide you with an Octave Homes aftersales contact number that you can contact for routine service matters, or in an emergency.
